LPE Facts

- To hold the lands for the purpose of roads and commons and recreation grounds and to maintain improve and develop the same for the use and benefit of the residents of the private park known as Lorne Park
- To purchase, acquire, rent maintain improve and develop land for tennis courts, bowling greens golf links pavilions concert halls and other places of entertainment, amusement and recreation
- To purchase acquire and distribute any articles or things of economic value or for use and enjoyment by the residents of the said park
- To provide means of sanitation, caretaking, water distribution and other services and to promote the benefit of its members in any way in their use and enjoyment of the said park.
